Your Bed Bug Wholesale product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, if it is defective due to poor workmanship or materials, for 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this policy.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If if 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original, sealed, unopened packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Restocking fees
A $14.95 restocking fee will be charged to cover our time to get your products back into our system and process all the paperwork for a return.
