A 100% cotton mattress protector is perfect for persons allergic to synthetic fibres, and the Oeko-Tex® label means the material is tested for over 100 known harmful chemicals, including nonylphenol, octylphenol, alkylphenol ethoxylates, formaldehyde, agricultural pesticides, odours and phenols.

2. We have designed the cotton bed bug mattress protector to control dust mites, bed bugs and allergens from entering or exiting your mattress. The product comes with a Velcro zipper lock flap that helps to protect against accidental openings.

3. Once installed, the cover is designed to be used in conjunction with a standard mattress protector that can be washed weekly to avoid unsealing your mattress. Anything with a pore size of less than 5 microns will be effective in controlling all of the above.
It comes in various height options.

Installation Instructions

Step 1

Stand mattress or bed base upright. Lean against the wall if required.

Step 2

Slide the encasement over from the top.

Step 3

Zip the encasement up halfway.

Step 4

Place the mattress back on bed and completely close zipper. If used on a bed base make small incisions for the legs or wheels and firmly screw back in.

Our waterproof encasements are designed to feel significantly softer, quieter, and more breathable than traditional plastic waterproof protectors. The waterproof layer is created using a flexible TPU membrane bonded to a soft fabric surface, helping minimise stiffness and excessive crinkling during sleep. Because these products contain a waterproof barrier, they will naturally feel slightly different to traditional 100% cotton bedding. Some customers may notice a smoother texture, a small amount of fabric movement sound, or slightly more warmth retention compared to non-waterproof cotton covers.

Most customers find the fabric comfortable and discreet during everyday use, however sleepers who are highly sensitive to texture, sound, or heat may prefer our 100% cotton non-waterproof encasement range. Ensemble Base or Box Spring Installation

The mattress encasement is also suitable for use with an ensemble base or box spring:

Remove the legs or wheels.
Slide the encasement over the base and zip it up.
Use a sharp knife or scissors to make a small incision where the first leg hole is located.
Put the screw/bolt from the leg or wheel through the incision in the encasement and tighten it firmly, sealing the encasement to the base between the leg and the baseboard.
Repeat this process for each leg or wheel.
